We are collecting all the barriers, issues and untrusted features that you perceive of the current open data initiatives. This stage is highly important in order to know the current frictions between the data producers and data consumers in the Open Data cycle process.

Once we will have the barriers identified, the integrator component it will be implemented, and we will create a new rate schema to use spatial data quality and fitness to use criterions to develop a new user-center relevance system.
